Online Application for E-Shram Card
The Indian government has announced an innovative program called”the E-SHRAM Portal Scheme for the well-being of workers as well as workers who are in the unorganized sector.
The portal E-SHRAM was created in the name of Pradhan Mantri Modi. In India, the Ministry of Labor and Employment has launched the E Shramik portal to track and gather all the details and information about workers and those working in the non-organized sector.
The data gathered can be used to launch new programs, create new policies and increase job opportunities for workers as well as those working in the informal sector.
The Department of Labor and Employment will issue an Unique Identification number (UAN) card for any person seeking to use using the portal for E-Shram. Anyone who wants to apply for an E-Shram card may submit an online application to apply online for CSC Seva Kendra registration online.
Candidates can also register to this E Shramik card using a mobile phone number that is linked directly to their Aadhar cards.
