Join us for another Fielding’s Wine Dinner! This time, our selection will be from Alejandro Bulgheroni and made by an extensive winemaking team including Philippe Melka. We’ll also have a chance to try some wines that chef Edel himself paired together for the course meal he planned out just for this event–enjoy happy hour while you can because we don’t know how long these deals are going on forever…

We’re so excited to have you! If it’s your first time at our house, we’ll give you a tour and show you how everything works. The sparkling reception starts at 6:30 pm with dinner beginning promptly at 7 pm–let us know if there are any questions or concerns before then πŸ™‚

COURSE 1

2017 Waypoint – Hudson Vineyard Chardonnay by Tim Milos Sea Scallop Bouillabaisse garlic toast & Rouille leeks potatoes and fennel pollen.

COURSE 2

2018 Frontier Justice Cabernet Franc Beckstoffer Dr. Crane/Sauvignon blanc Philippe Meeka

COURSE 3

The third course of the meal is a dry-aged ribeye, cooked to perfection and topped with celeriac mousseline. The wine underneath has been aged for 44 days before being complemented by cabernet butter from 2018 Lithology Beckstoffer To Kalon Vineyard Cab Sav Dr. Philippe/ Michelle Roland  In addition there will be another selection in which Renwood Grandpere Zinfandel Amador Co California Roquefort Cheesecake Pistachio Nougatine Agena cherry syrup

In the case of Waypoint Hudson Vineyard Chardonnay, it includes its 2017 Otronia 45 RUGIENTES Corte De Blancas wine which was served as an appetizer with garlic toast and rouille; alongside leeks & potato fennel pollen for course two – Frontier Justice Cabernet Franc Beckstoffer Dr. Crane vineyard Radiatore Pasta King trumpets Foie Gras cream. Fielding’s is a restaurant and butcher shop with three locations in the San Francisco Bay Area. We believe that fresh ingredients are an important part of our customer experience, so we do what it takes to source all-natural products from local suppliers when possible.

 Our chefs create seasonal menus using only locally sourced produce, meats cured or ground on-site, bread baked daily by hand, pasta made fresh every day on-site with organic flour imported from Italy, gelato made daily in-house utilizing milk produced at one of our family farms just outside of town. At our restaurants, you will find excellent food prepared by chefs who have been cooking for more than 25 years each alongside bartenders mixing drinks since before they could legally drink themselves.
